How about “Simple Zucchini Bread Recipe”?

This recipe is easy to make and delicious. You won’t need to make a more complicated version ever again.

Yesterday, I was feeling down. I couldn’t get into a good mood for the day. After we put the girls to sleep, I poured (a second) glass of red wine and sat on the porch for an hour with David. Once again, I was reminded of how well I married. David and I make a great team. He is logical, whereas I am too emotional. He makes me more human, I joke. Ha.

But seriously.

The day faded away with a little relaxation and conversation, but my mental health still asked for a morning of rest, so I decided to sleep until 6:45 instead. I brewed half-caff coffee and sat on the porch with Koda. The change in pace was wonderful, and both girls slept until 7:30.

Hailey was at her BFF’s house all morning, so Kaitlyn and I played together, while I also did a bootcamp exercise. I feel a thousand times better!

What was that about? Oh yeah, zucchini bread!

This easy version of the recipe is a healthier alternative to zoodles.

I didn’t plan to blog about it but the smell was so amazing that I took a few photos for fun using David’s fancy digital camera, which I have no idea how to operate.

After enjoying a second slice, I thought I might as well share the recipe, since it was so easy.

After Hailey and Kaitlyn each ate two pieces, I returned to the kitchen and found that they were clearly unable to get enough. They had even resorted grabbing the candy by the handful.

It was the final touch. It’s worth sharing.
