How about “Prep-Ahead Breakfast Sandwich with High Protein”?

Since my kitchen was renovated and my oven became my only major appliance, I have been eager to share with you this high-protein make-ahead breakfast sandwich. The veggies were cooked in my Dutch Oven, and then I created this easy and delicious breakfast sandwich. David and I enjoy it every day.

This sandwich tastes freshly. The eggs don’t get rubbery and the cheese melts beautifully. And the sausage stays warm and firm. Don’t be put off by the assembly part. You’ll only need to spend less than two minutes assembling the product. No microwave is required. You could certainly heat them up in a microwave, but this breakfast sandwich’s real beauty is that you only need your oven.

I labeled it high protein, because I think that is an important aspect of the breakfast sandwiches. This sandwich is satisfying and satiating. It contains 41g of proteins per serving. This quick and healthy breakfast option is perfect for me because I try to eat 30g of protein at breakfast.
