Layer the following ingredients in the Portobello mushroom Fajita Bowl pictured above:
- Iceberg and Romaine lettuce
- Purple cabbage shredded
- Sauteed Portobello mushrooms, red pepper, and onion
- Black beans
- Pico
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Chop pickled jalapenos
