This herbed goat cheese spread was first created a few year ago when I used it to make a sauce for chicken pasta (and you can still find the recipe here ). ).
It’s one those things where you sneak a taste even while you’re preparing it…a spoonful there, a carrot dipped into it…and I realized with a few changes, it would be a great dip or spread to snack on throughout the week.
