I will be 39 weeks on Friday, and am beginning to realize that baby girl may arrive soon. Being that I am feeling great and I was induced 10 days after my due date with Hailey, it’s hard to believe she will be here soon. Yesterday, in a nesting frenzy, I packed my bag for the hospital. I’m hoping for one of those “This is it!” moments to rush out the front door. So, to tempt fate, I have packed my bag and am ready to go.
What you bring will vary depending on your needs and preferences and the type of work you want to do. Here’s what I’m bringing…
Two baby outfits, in two different sizes (newborn, 0-3). Socks, headbands, (for fun!) A blanket for her to cover herself with when she gets home.
Notes: Although I bought Hailey an expensive outfit for her return home, I never used it and I don’t have a photo of it. So I decided to skip it. I will be giving birth at the same hospital where Hailey was delivered, so I am aware that they have diapers, wipes, and other essentials for babies.
