How about “Turmeric Rice: Cooker or Not, Here’s the Recipe”?

It’s worth it that my brain is foggy, and I have dry eyes. GEORGIA is the National Champion! Kirby’s crew did a great job last night and it was worth the stress and excitement of not being able fall asleep until 2 AM.

I did not want to let my brain fog caused by joy stop me from sharing with you this recipe for garlicky turmeric-infused rice. It’s a recipe I have been making every week for the last few weeks. There were requests to share it on Instagram.

I make mine in my Tianji Rice Cooker. This gadget has been in my kitchen for more than a year, and I use it every week. This one was chosen because it has a ceramic insert, which is better than nonstick (which can flake into the food). It also makes 12 cups of rice (enough for us). The instructions that came with it are too liquid-heavy.
