Hello, and a happy Monday to you! As summer winds down, and we get back into our homeschool routine, I am sharing our weekly menu plans. View all previous weekly menu plans. Also, I am tracking my grocery spending and can’t believe that it is possible for me to keep up with the need to feed my children. It’s most evident in lunches, which are often thrown together as random combinations and snack plates. Why is lunch so difficult? I pulled out my old panini-maker and bought some cheese and bread to make a quick and easy lunch. It’s time to feed my sourdough, too!
Here are some of our recent dinners. We hope that they will inspire you and give you ideas. You can send me a recipe for a meal (or lunch!) Please send me some ideas if you have any. Enjoy your meal!

Any “make-your-own” meal is a winner. This was a salad station with grilled chicken. I bring out all of our salad dressings so everyone can get what they want.
