How about “Easy Ways for Kids to Show Gratitude”?

As any parent would, I have many hopes and wishes for my children. I have no specifics in mind, like which college or job they will go to, but I care about helping them grow up happy, independent, hardworking, kind, and grateful.

Grateful.

Gratitude is at the core of my daily attitude towards life. Focusing on the positive things in my daily life helps me stay calm, positive and focused. Whatever you call it- gratitude, counting blessings or focusing on positives- it has made a big difference to my happiness and it is something I hope to pass onto my daughters.

When it comes to children, it’s not always easy to feel successful or to achieve your goals. It can often feel like all they say is “mine” or “I want”. These phrases only add fuel to the fire of my gratitude teaching. Although it may take some time for children to understand the concept, it is never too early to begin talking about being grateful and giving.
