Top Saint Patrick’s Day Crafts for Kids

Saint Patrick’s Day is a reminder to end winter that spring is only a month away. You can make so many fun and colorful Saint Patrick’s Day craft projects with your children. These cheerful crafts will brighten your day with shamrocks and rainbows. Here are some of my favorite activities. Let me know what you and your children love by trying out some of these.

Pot of Gold Rainbow Image: (Ages 2-5)

All Kids Network creates this pot of Gold craft using bingo dabbers, colorful gold stickers and . You can keep it simple by using paint, markers or crayons. This Saint Patrick’s Day activity is not only cute but also helps younger children learn about the colors of the Rainbow while improving their fine motor skills.

Stamping marshmallow shamrock: (Ages 2-up)

It couldn’t get any easier! Even a toddler can enjoy this craft. Stamp three circles overlapping on paper using a giant marshmallow, green paint and shamrocks. You can then draw or paint a stem and you’ll have a whole page of green shamrocks. Susannah from Simple moments Stick said that you might end up with green blurs when doing this activity with very young toddlers. But what matters is that they enjoy themselves!

Pot of Gold Slime (Ages 4-7)

This craft is great for kids who love slime. Trisha from Momdot used clear glittery glue instead of the usual white glue. This gives the illusion of a pot of glittering gold. You can use any color you like, but green and gold go well together. If you’re using clear glitter glue in your slime, adjust the recipe to include more liquid starch.
